Please join us this coming Wednesday morning, February 22nd, at 9:30am, as we grow together in learning more about the Communion of Saints. There is babysitting and Story Hour provided for your littles. If you can, please read Chapter 6 - "Assembly Required." There are a few copies of our study book on the counter in the Council room if you still need one. To summerize what we will be talking about.... "Why is weekly church attendance so important? It is crucial because Christian worship is a coming together of a sacred assembly for the purpose of glorifying God. True worship services include the reading and preaching of God's Word, prayer, feasting, and fellowship. Meeting together for worship is necessary for our spiritual growth. When the saints gather on the first day of the week to sing, pray, participate in the Lord's Supper, and to have fellowship with one another, they are enjoying the best of the communion of saints."
